MISSION STATEMENT

 Thank you for this opportunity to introduce the Houston Real Estate Association (HREA), our members are commonly known as REALTIST. HREA is the local chapter of the National association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), the oldest and largest minority trade association in America.

 HREA supports various agencies in Houston while maintaining an active role in the community by offering scholarships, training, home ownership assistance and counseling to low-to-moderate income individuals.

 The MISSION of HREA is to bring together minority professionals in the Real Estate industry to promote the meaningful exchange of ideas about our business and how to best serve our clientele. Since 1949 HREA has played a major role in improving the quality of life for those in the Houston community, by ensuring democracy in housing.
